About Us

Beverley has had a retail background from 16 years of age where she started her working life in her father Neil’s family business based in Gourock specialising in both men’s and womenswear. She has also worked for Miss Selfridge in Glasgow & a relocation of the family business to Glasgow shortly after her first son Oliver.

After having her second child Freddie in 2015, she then went on to run her own boutique at Serenelle & run pop up shops within the Inverclyde area before deciding something was definitely missing within the Greenock town and shortly afterwards, Copperbox was born in 2019 on 126 West Blackhall St.

Bev would describe her own style as individual with a pinch of hats, cowboy boots & lace for good measure! She is a big fan of all things bohemian and loves one off pieces when on her travels sourcing new pieces to bring to Copperbox both online & in-store.
