Copperbox Boutique will return all full priced items within 14 days from the date of order for a full refund.
Please fill in your returns form included in your package detailing the reason for your return. Once your return has been received back to us, please allow 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed.

Please also note that items must be returned with all of the original tags attached and intact. Any shoes returned must be returned in their original box (if supplied boxed). All items returned to us must show no signs of being worn such as, soiled, make up marks, etc.
For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear, swimwear if the hygiene strip has been removed, or cosmetic products if they have been used or the hygiene seal is broken, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
If you wish to exchange an online purchase, please place a new order for the required item and return the unwanted item to us for processing.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
